VISITORS AND GUESTS
PAST RUNS
Steve, Billy and Warren pre-ran and mapped the Primm autonomous run on 2/7. The pre-run went smoothly, but don’t know how the race turned out.
George led a run on Rowher Flats Trail on 2/8, will be doing it again on March 20.
Warren led an easy run to Ocotillo Wells.
Frank & Sue led a trip on Mojave Road with a little pit stop at a casino. All I could see in the photos was snow and a huge Ram truck. Interesting combination.
FUTURE RUNS
As mentioned earlier, George will be going back to Rowher Trail on March 20.
Frank and Steve are going to Moab for the Easter Jeep Safari, leaving 4/2 and returning 4/10.
Earth day (OHV version) is 4/24. More details to come as to where we will be working.
Adelaide is leading a run on the club’s adopt-a-trail, White Mountain on 5/1.
FUTURE ACTIVITIES
Colorado, first week of August.
NEW BUSINESS
A proposal was raised to change the club by-laws. The issue was discussed tonight at the March club meeting and we will vote on it in the April meeting.
Currently the club by-laws say that club membership includes membership in in one of the organizations listed in the open procedures. This makes the club dues $60.00 per year.
The vote will be to change the by-laws to say that club membership requires membership in one of the organizations listed in the operating procedures. This makes the club dues $20.00 per year.
Basically, the change relieves the club from the collection and registration of the members in the listed organizations and makes it incumbent on the members to do this themselves.
Here is the actual wording of the by-laws change:

Bill Nowlan was voted back into the club after a significant absence. I guess we won’t take it personally.
Adam is designing a flag with the club logo. George is performing the acid test on it. Final product to come.
Motion was passed to pay for a flag for Tim. After much discussion, we decided to just put his name on it because we were not certain of England ’s decency laws.
