The group run for April was canceled, but Addie got out a couple of times.

Past runs discussed included George's trip to Moab, Utah and the coverage of it on On The Rocks on the Outdoor Channel.  Look for the "Rusty Nail" Episode.  Probably the best show in that series so far.

Also discussed was Erik's trip to Moab, Utah with the Bronco group.  No pictures were provided, but a few stories were shared.

Then the calendar was discussed.  For May, the trip will be May 17th.  We are going to Big Bear and plan to run White Mountain followed by Gold Mountain (Going down hill).  We will be checking on the White Mountain trail (Our Adopt-a-trail) and may be doing some maintenance.  So bring gloves and some energy.  No specific plans for maintenance, likely clearing tree limbs.  We plan to leave the Blue Mountain Bagels location on Valley View just north of the 405 at 7:00 with a target departure from the Fawnskin fire station at 9:00.

For June, the Gorman trip got bumped and will now be on the 21st.  This will be a great Newbie run and you are all asked to talk to people that have an interest in going.  The trail will be Pronghorn and we will end up at the 4X4 practice area.  Participants should have 4 wheel drive with low range.  Full size should fit with some care and we will be spotting at the points of concern to get everyone through.  So pack a lunch and plan to come out and join us.  We will be meeting at the paved parking lot just inside the entrance.

In July the plan is John Bull in Big Bear on the 12th.

For August, the plan is Shaver Lake area for the 22nd through the 24th.

In September Jawbone is planned for the 13th and 14th. This trail is north of Mojave.
